Refunds for services (such as server setup, CCTV installation, or IT repairs) are available only if:
The service has not yet been started.
The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of order confirmation.
The project is delayed or not delivered as per the mutually agreed timeline (subject to internal review).
Once the service is initiated, no refund will be issued for the portion of work already completed.
If you have purchased a physical product (like a CCTV camera, network switch, or computer accessory) from us:
Refunds or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items delivered.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide proof of purchase and photos/videos of the defect.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and invoices.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for software licenses, antivirus keys, or customized components.
The following categories are non-refundable:
Custom rack server designs or installations
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) once activated
Diagnostic or inspection fees
Any third-party software or parts procured specifically for your project
You may cancel your order or service request before work begins. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to mayankray1992@gmail.com or through our contact form.
If payment has been made, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
Approved refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment (bank transfer, card, or UPI) within 7–10 working days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
